HISTORY:
In the 1950s, Giobatta Grigolin launched his entrepreneurial venture in lime production.
1963: The first lime production kiln became operational.
1966: Business diversification began. A small gravel washing and sorting plant was built. That same year, two additional kilns were constructed, bringing the total to three. 1977: The Grigolin family enters the ready-mixed concrete sector by acquiring the company SuperBeton. The strategy is clearly defined: to create an integrated group of companies capable of providing a diverse yet complementary range of services for both small-scale and large-scale clients.
1982: The group secures control of Italghiaia, a company specializing in the production of bituminous mixtures.
1990: A five-year period begins, marked by numerous acquisitions and new business ventures in both the concrete and bituminous mixture sectors. Brussi Costruzioni, a road construction company, is acquired to facilitate expansion into this market as well.
1997: The group’s growth accelerates rapidly through the acquisition of numerous companies operating in the bituminous mixture, concrete, and aggregates sectors. With the acquisition of TesiSystem, the group enters the precast concrete sector.
